La presidenta de este municipio de Ecatzingo, Doctora Roció Solís Robles, nos comenta que se encuentran realizando la rehabilitación del espació que de cultura del municipio, además de que se realizan trabajos de impermeabilización y colocación de loseta en la construcción así como de los avances en la construcción de la presidencia municipal.
Cabe mencionar que los trabajos de rehabilitación de la explanada municipal y casa de cultura se deben a que se estaba filtrando el agua los cuales dañaron el interior de las instalaciones y que actualmente se instalaron de manera provisional las oficinas de la presidencia municipal, sin embargo, más adelanta estas paramaran a ser nuevamente a un espacio digno para el arte y la cultura.
Ya que otra de las prioridades de esta administración es fomentar la cultura a los pobladores, por lo que esperan concluir los trabajos de rehabilitación para el 15 de septiembre.
