El Gobernador del Estado de México Alfredo del Mazo Maza, en gira de trabajo visitó el Municipio de #Ecatzingo, para hacer la entrega de dos escuelas que fueron dañadas en su totalidad con el sismo del 2017. A su llegada fue recibido por la Dra. Roció Solís Robles Presidenta Municipal, quien en el mensaje de bienvenida reafirmó el respeto y afecto del los Ecatzingenses, y agradeció el respaldo a su administración, mencionó que el gobierno del Estado de México a estado de manera permanente en el municipio a travez de los diferentes secretarios de estado, como el de educación, obra publica y de desarrollo agropecuario brindado Grandes beneficios para Ecatzingo.
El mandatario estatal hizo entrega de manera oficial de dos instituciones educativas la Primaria Isidro Favela y la Tele Secundaria Benito Juárez, que ya se encuentran completamente nuevas y equipadas esperando el regreso de los jóvenes estudiantes una vez superada la pandemia, el gobernador recodo emocionado que era una ocasión muy especial entregar reconstruida la primaria Isidro Favela, pues su padre cuando ocupó el cargo de gobernador fue quien la inauguró.
