El Sr Isauro Flores, quien es de los vecinos beneficiarios de la calle Libertad aseguró que era una necesidad imperiosa para todos quien habitan ahí, puesto que el lugar deriva de un cerro donde es muy complicado tener una red de drenaje, ya que las casas quedan a un lado del mismo cerro, con esta introducción de drenaje será viable para la necesidad de los locatarios.
Los vecinos de igual manera, mostraron su agradecimiento a la administración, a las autoridades competentes y a la Alcaldesa Rocío Solis Robles y al gobierno del Estado de México.
