Ante la situación economía actual, por la que toda la nación atraviesa, ha generado que municipios como Atlautla genere estrategias para el autoempleo y la reactivación económica local, por ello el edil Hermenegildo Lozada Amaro a través de las diferentes Direcciones de esta administración ha otorgado hasta la fecha más de 1,322 crias; de los cuales 1,230 pollos de postura, pollos de doble propósito y gallinas; 42 pavos y 50codornices, beneficiando a mas de 80 familias de todo el territorio municipal.
Estos paquetes de ganado avícola cuentan con un subsidio por parte del Gobierno Municipal, mismo que asegura continuar trabajando para crear más programas en beneficio de la población, para contribuir al desarrollo económico de la comunidad.
