El Gobernador Cuauhtémoc Blanco acompañado del consejero jurídico Samuel Sotelo presentan denuncia en la PGR-SEIDO contra actores políticos de la entidad.
Los nombres en la primera lista de la denuncia son: Uriel Carmona, fiscal del estado. Juan Salazar, fiscal anticorrupción, Graco Ramírez, Ex Gobernador y Alberto Capella ex Comisionado de Seguridad Pública
La segunda lista son:
Agustín Alonso Gutiérrez, diputado local, Luz Dary Quevedo, diputada local y ex alcaldesa de Tetecala, Julio César Solís , diputado local. Celso Nieto Estrada, alcalde de Coatlan del Río, Nadia luz Lara Chávez, Magistrada del TSJ, Ángel Garcia Yañez, Senador de la República y Francisco Sánchez, Presidente de la mesa directiva. Cabe mencionar que este segundo bloque son los que en algún momento se tomaron foto con “LA JEFA”
Tercera lista:
Cutberto Aguirre Gutiérrez, esposo de Luz Dary. Los delitos que lo involucran son: Asociación delictuosa, abuso de autoridad, tráfico de influencias y secuestro.
Cuarta lista:
Agustín Alonso Mendoza, alcalde Yautepec, también enfrentará a la justicia local por el despojo de terrenos y propiedades de familias na a quienes según la denuncia torturaron para firmar documentos o escrituras públicas, de acuerdo con las denuncias integradas por la Fiscalía General del Estado pero que no avanza y entonces pedirá el apoyo para que se involucre en la misma denuncia por ser padre de Agustín Alonso Gutiérrez.
